Sunnyside is proud to announce that Sunnyside Retirement Community has once again been recognized among the Shenandoah Valley’s best in the 2026 Best of the Valley awards.
Sunnyside received Gold awards for both Retirement Community and Memory Care Facility, along with a Silver award for Assisted Living. The annual awards celebrate organizations and businesses across the region that demonstrate excellence in service, quality, and community impact.
Located on more than 150 acres in Harrisonburg, Sunnyside has long been recognized for its innovative approach to senior living, offering a vibrant lifestyle centered around wellness, lifelong learning, meaningful connection, and compassionate care.
