New Executive Director
The president & CEO of Sunnyside Communities, John J. “Jack” Broaddus, has announced the appointment of Brian Reinmann as executive director of Summit Square Retirement Community. Reinmann follows Annie Fellers, who retired after 42 years of service with Sunnyside Communities.
An experienced senior living professional, Reinmann comes to Summit Square from Consulate Health Care where he served as the executive director at Kings Daughters Community Health and Rehab in Staunton. Prior to that, he was the executive director at Consulate Health Care of Norfolk.
A licensed nursing home administrator, Reinmann’s experience in health care spans more than 20 years and also includes leadership roles at Avante at Harrisonburg, Sentara Nursing Center – Norfolk, Tandem Healthcare of Norfolk, and Bayside Healthcare Center in Virginia Beach.
“Collectively, Brian’s knowledge and track record of accomplishments in health care will be an asset to Summit Square and provide leadership for its future,” said Broaddus.
A graduate of Morehead State University and Old Dominion University, Reinmann holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in community health, specializing in long-term care administration. He is a member of the Virginia Health Care Association lobbying in Richmond for the long-term care population/industry.
