Employment Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Brief Description: The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are to perform all administrative and clerical support for the Executive Director, Human Resources Director and to assist with various disciplines as needed. Perform all aspects of the payroll process.
  • Education and experience equivalent to Associates Degree in office administration or related field, to include three years minimum related work related experience preferred
  • Excellent grammatical, written, oral and organizational skills required
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Flexibility to assist other disciplines a must, to include medical record filing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required with skills to ascertain new software as needed
  • Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to work other hours as needed.
