DEPARTMENT: Benefits and Payroll
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time (64 hours)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, benefits administration, back-up for payroll administration and processing and clerical and administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree in administrative studies or related field and 3 to 5 years of related work experience; Human Resource and payroll experience strongly preferred
  • Must possess excellent communication skills including oral, written and editorial capabilities
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Exel and Word, database management, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on occasion
  • Excellent human relations skills
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Ability to travel for extended day trips and some overnight trips is required
SHIFT/HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (up to 24 hours per week)
